On July 1, 2025, the Center for Asia Pacific Strategy (CAPS) received a formal invitation to the House of Lords of the United Kingdom Parliament. This invitation was extended to request expert testimony from CAPS on Asia-Pacific security policy. Previously, American invitees have included high-level officials such as the United States Special Envoy for North Korean Human Rights, sitting Members of Congress, and Special Policy Advisors from both the Department of State and the White House.
