We are pleased to announce the second article of Ambassador Thomas Schäfer’s Talking Points: North Korea series, titled “Talking Points on Private Foreign Investment and Special Economic Zones.” The article is a continuation of Ambassador Schäfer’s excellent insights and discourse on the state of present-day North Korea, with a focus on foreign investment and North Korea’s unique Special Economic Zones. CAPS will be releasing the third and final installment of the North Korea series in late January, 2024.
