Hee-Eun Kim was one of the leading experts invited to speak at a discussion organized by the National Committee on North Korea, titled “Congress and the US-ROK Alliance.” The conference at the Russell Senate Building focused on the state of the U.S. – ROK alliance; lessons learned from past periods of turbulence between Washington and Seoul; and the role of Congress.
